Depending on the nature of your enquiry we may retain the information for a reasonable time whilst we deal with your enquiry or for legal and compliance purposes.

Furniturelink is committed to data protection and data privacy. With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) becoming enforceable from 25 May 2018, we have undertaken a GDPR readiness programme to review our entire business, the way we handle data and the way in which we use it to provide our services and manage business operations.

When you complete a website form on any page of Furniturelink’s website and click submit, your enquiry is sent directly to us via email. This enables us to process the enquiry and to complete a quotation using the details that you have submitted. Furniturelink will then respond with either a quotation or email back using the email address or phone number that was provided on the form.

We will use the information that you send us to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose other than what you have enquired about.

However, this isn’t always a necessary requirement and when the form has been sent to us we will evaluate the need to retain the information. This does not affect your right to ask for your details to be anonymized or deleted at any time.

If Furniturelink cannot provide you with the service or goods you require, we will advise you of any third parties that may be able to assist and ask whether you would allow us to pass on your details to them.

We encourage people to bring it to our attention if they think that our collection or use of information is unfair, misleading or inappropriate.
